Service details, scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

2. User Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Share required content, credentials, and approvals on time
  • Ensure legality of content, data, and materials provided
  • Use services only for lawful purposes

Any delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client will not be the Company’s responsibility.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed invoice or proposal
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or termination
  • Third-party costs (hosting, domain, APIs, ads, licenses) must be paid separately

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, available on the website.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All custom work remains the property of the Company until full payment is received
  • After payment, ownership is transferred as per the agreed scope
  • Pre-built tools, frameworks, code libraries, and templates remain Company property

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reuse proprietary assets without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Business information
  • Technical data
  • Financial details
  • Login credentials and documents

Confidential information shall not be disclosed unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Downtime or failures of third-party platforms
  • Payment gateways, hosting providers, domain registrars
  • Social media platforms, APIs, or advertising networks

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Copluck Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption or data loss
  • Loss caused by misuse of services
  • Delays due to force majeure events

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services for policy violations
  • Terminate services due to non-payment
  • Refuse service for illegal or unethical use

No refunds shall be issued upon termination due to client misconduct.
