1. Scope of Services
This policy applies to payments made for:
- Website & E-commerce Development
- ERP Software
- API Integration
- Networking Services
- Digital Marketing Services
- Any other IT or software-related services provided by Copluck Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Payment made but service not initiated within the agreed timeline
- Technical or operational failure directly attributable to the Company
- Cancellation requested before project execution begins
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds shall be provided in the following cases:
- Services already delivered or substantially completed
- Delay caused due to client’s failure to provide required information, content, or approvals
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Custom software, ERP, API, or tailor-made solutions
- Digital marketing services once campaigns or ads have started
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, licenses, APIs, ad spend, payment gateway charges)
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Project is canceled midway due to valid reasons
- Work already completed will be deducted on a pro-rata basis
- Administrative and processing charges may apply
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must:
- Submit a written request via email
- Mention invoice number, payment reference, and reason for refund
- Send the request to: support@copluckinfotech.com
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways
7. Taxes & Deductions
- GST or applicable taxes already paid to authorities are non-refundable
- Bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable
8. Cancellation Policy
- Project cancellation must be requested in writing
- Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of the Company
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the project stage
9. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is governed by:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Applicable RBI and banking regulations
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
